Questionnaires may be scored using Rated "Input" Criteria or using a predefined Rated Scale.
Scoring with "Input" Criteria
Scoring using Rated Input Criteria gives the evaluator the ability to type in a score between 0 and the point value of the question. By default Questionnaires are setup to be scored using Rated Input as shown below.
Here we have already navigated to the Criteria section and clicked on the Manage button. The red arrow is pointing at the current type of scoring method to be used for the End User Functionality Question Set. In this example it is showing the Rated Input option pre-selected.
So what does the Evaluator see from their end?
Below is a screenshot from the Evaluator's point-of-view. They are currently reviewing the Implementation Services and Support Question Set (defined as Rated Input scoring).
The red arrow indicates the field where the Evaluator is able to input their Rated score (0-4 in this case) by simply typing a number on the keypad. If they navigate to a different part of the Questionnaire using the arrow keys, Bonfire will automatically record the score and display it.
Scoring with "Scale" Criteria
In the screenshot below we have changed the scoring type for three different Question Sets to be Rated Scale scoring (outlined by red box). This particular Scale is defined as 0-10 however this may vary from organization to organization.
What the evaluator sees when scoring with Rated Scale:
Here the evaluator is viewing the End User Functionality Question Set which has been defined as having 0-10 Scale scoring.
From the screenshot above the evaluator can enter their score between 0-10 by typing in the number via the keyboard or clicking on the appropriate radio button.
You may also view the responses one by one by double clicking on them. From there, if the Project Owner has provided a description, it is accessible here.
