I see "Processing" when I try to open a submission, what does this mean?

When a vendor uploads their files, Bonfire converts these files to a format so that these files can be viewed right in the user's browser.

This conversion process take may take up to half an hour, depending on the length of the document and its position in the queue.

In the meantime if you would like to access the files uploaded by the vendor, click here for instructions on downloading the documents.

If the file still says processing after you've waited about half an hour, please email Support@GoBonfire.com for help.
